DUE TO CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK, our deliveries are taking more than expected. Please consider understanding that this brand is trying to do its best, and unfortunately there are plenty of factors that AIMER can not manage as the delivery system belongs to a third party and changes continuously.

The delivery time of the item will depend on the area where you live.

Your delivery could take between one week and 20 days, approximately. Don't worry: If you live in Europe it usually takes more than two weeks. 

The charges applied for the shipment are always € 4.5 in your basic rate. Adding more items to your shipment will increase the shipment price on €1 sometimes, specially while ordering sweaters, as they are quite heavy and they increase the delivery costs. 

If you have any problem with the delivery of your article, do not hesitate to send me an email with all the information provided by the postal company (such as your tracking code that will be sent to your email). Sometimes the shipment information is not updated in real time (that’s something I can not control, it does not depends on me). 

On very few occasions, Customs may submit fees for the delivery of the item. Buyers are ultimately responsible for paying these fees.
